Space

Space is one of the four Divine Elements, the formative forces of reality within which the other fourteen work. Its gift is Awareness: consciousness of your surroundings, their dangers and openings, and your place within them.

Call on Space for

• Presence and attention
• Sensing danger and opportunity
• Holding room for growth

Working with it

Stop wherever you are and name five things you can see, four you can hear, and three you can feel. That widening is Space entering.
