Water Lily

The water lily floats on still water and opens in the light, much like the lotus. Modern practice gives it to Pisces and the Moon. It stands for peace, purity, and the dreaming mind.

Uses

• Dreams and intuition
• Peace and calm
• Purity
• Emotional healing

Working with it

Float a water lily, or a paper one, in a bowl on a Monday and meditate on the still surface. Ask what is ready to rise to the light.
