Binah

Binah, Understanding, is the third sephira: the Great Mother who gives force its form, and the sphere of Saturn. Where Chokmah is a flash, Binah is the vessel that receives it, with all the limitation, time, and sorrow that form brings.

Work with Binah for

• Understanding and structure
• Patience and time
• Grief and acceptance

Working with it

On a Saturday, sit in a dark room with a black candle. Think of something that took a long time to understand, and give thanks for the slowness.
